Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing and positive attitude, ability to work independently and as a team and exceed our guest's expectations. Applicants MUST have automotive experience for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and guide guests as they approach lot and enter into the sales process
  • Discuss guest's personal and financial needs pertaining to a vehicle purchase
  • Assist guest in the completion of their credit applications
  • Ensure the lot and sales floor is merchandised according to dealer standards
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent working knowledge of the sales process
  • Ability to handle objections in a warm and friendly manner
  • Have a proven sales track record
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills

AUTOMOTIVE LUBE TECHNICIAN

Griffin Ford, #1 Ford Dealership in Wisconsin for most of the last 20 years, is expanding its Service Center Staff and is need of an Automotive Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, coolant services, safety inspections and basic maintenance. Experience preferred and must have own tools. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Change oil and filter

    •  Ensures tire pressure for proper inflation

    •  Inspect and refills fluid levels as necessary

    •  Rotates tires

    •  Completes vehicle inspection

    •  Cleans and lubricates fittings as needed

    •  Provides excellent guest service keeping in mind that our guest's satisfaction              comes first

    •  Identifies, confirms and offers resolution to guest's concerns in a friendly and              professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

   •  Communication skills - communicates effectively with others

   •  Time management

   •  Basic computer skills

   •  Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Griffin Ford, #1 Ford Dealership in Wisconsin for most of the last 20 years, is need of an Automotive Service Advisor. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •  Greets guest promptly and obtains symptoms of their vehicle
    •  Problem solve vehicle concern with the customer, doing a visual inspection or            road test
    •  Effectively communicate with customers about inspection results, recommend            corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs
    •  Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates to present to                customer
    •  Writes a brief description of the problem to assist mechanic in locate the problem
    •  Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer
    •  Provides recommendation of any regular maintenance needs
    •  Manages customer complaints to find resolution quickly 

QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
    • Positive, high energy attitude
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment
    • Ability to exceed CSI standards

AUTOMOTIVE BODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Griffin Ford, #1 Ford Dealership in Wisconsin for most of the last 20 years is in need of an Automotive Body Repair Technician. The Body Repair Technician will ensure that the quality and appearance of each vehicle meets or exceeds established OEM standards, use only approved repair techniques, materials and parts to recondition each vehicle and examine and repair damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    •  Possess a minimum of two (2) years of Body Shop experience 

    •  Strong attention to detail a must

    •  Have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    •  Be honest, organized, hard working, a team player and self-motivated.

    •  Have an ability to communicate with all team members

    •  Valid Driver's License Required
