Business Development Center Representative Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and emails to dealership Service Customers
Schedule Service Appointments online
Maintain a high level of Customer Service
Sell maintenance and repair services over the phone to interested Customers
Communicate well with fellow Service Department staff members to ensure Customer Satisfaction
Follow up with Customers regarding their satisfaction after their visit or about missed appointments
Learn the basics of vehicle maintenance needs
